Diamond Dollhouse ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered/purchased in store. Items must be returned in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. If the return is received past 14 days it will not be accepted.
*original condition: items that have NOT been worn, altered, or washed with all original tags attached.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
How do I make a return?
To make a return submit your request by emailing email@example.com with your full name, email address, and order number.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees of all returns. If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept you return. Once your return is received please allow up to 3-5 business days for you store credit to be issued. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
What items are returnable?
All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note of shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.
Return must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with all original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- items marked FINAL SALE
- Items with built in undergarments
- Worn Items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
Are there any return fees?
We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping fees is responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, then return cost will be covered.
Will I get my money back?
Store credit will be issued for ALL returns. Refunds are not available.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once return has been received by us, please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued via email. (email of which is linked to order)
